SHIPPING RATES
Calculation of Shipping costs is based on the combined weight of all ordered items.
Sometimes it's actually cheaper to place 2 separate orders, for instance if you want to order a t-shirt and a cd, it would fall within the 3rd weight category, but if you place 2 separate orders, the cd would fit the first category and the t-shirt the 2nd and you would actually save 1 stamp if you order from outside the Netherlands (around 1,25 for international orders). Unfortunately the postage calculation of our webshop provider is not so intelligent to advise you about the most efficient order/postage strategy.
However if you for example order 1 T--shirt + 2 cd's it'll be cheaper for you combine them into 1 order, but we might divide it into 2 seperate parcels, because (depending on our supply of bubble-wrap envelopes), combining them all into 1 envelope would make the envelope too thick to be processed by the regular mailservice.
PACKAGING:
Orders with a combined weight under 500 grams will be send in a bubble wrap envelope.

Usually when the combined weight exceeds 501 grams the Bubble wrap envelope will be too big for regular priority mail and will be send as a package. The default selection is without Tracking, but it's possible to select a more expensive shipping option with Tracking. Please note that Tracking depends heavily whether your country's postal service supports Tracking of parcels.
VAT:
For orders from inside the European Union we have to calculate VAT over the shipping costs (Government Regulation, can't help it)

CUSTOMS:
When ordering from outside the European Union, no VAT will be calculated, but please be aware that your country's Customs may impose import duty/tax on imported goods. Usually there is a threshold under which they will not do that, but if in doubt please check the information provided by your Customs office.
